Charming staff, but a tough night

The staff's can-do attitude brightened my mornings, and I loved the good toiletries. Breakfast was a real treat with plenty of options to choose from.

Unfortunately, my room overlooked a tall building, leading to awkward glimpses from their balconies. The toilet dripped incessantly, and the bathroom taps were frustratingly leaky. Quite disappointing for the price paid!

Rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy every day and all your bed linen/towels were neatly replaced by new ones. Neat and helpful staff.

There is a minibar in the room and you could think it's free but you have to pay for it if you take something out of it.

The location near Sants train station (25 minutes to airport). Breakfast was fine, there was plenty of choice. Friendly staff. You could leave your suitcases in the hotel after checking out so you didn't have to take them into town.

The price, approximately € 150 per night is pricey.

Clean and comfortable room with good-sized bathroom.

I stayed for two nights, and I was quite disappointed. The constant dripping sound from the toilet was annoying. The basin taps didn't hold water at all, which completely ruined my bathing experience. For the price I paid, I expected much better facilities and functionality.

The breakfast was sufficient and varied. The hotel makes also visually a very good impression. ideal situation!

There could have been another chair in the room. We were travelling as a couple and 1 chair isn't enough.

I expected from a 4 star something better, I could hear what happened in the corridors. For me it deserves 3 stars

Consider asking for a room away from the building's view to enhance your privacy and relaxation during your stay.

comfortable location in the interesting area and it was a bonus to be near the train station. i dined near the hotel at restaurante de blanc. coffee, breads, cereals, pastries and eggs were amazing and overall there was a lot of food.

The room was very big and spacious and also clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. It's just a 3-minute walk from the central bus, metro and train stations.

The rooms are large and functional with a south-facing window, fully working air-con, good aircon.

Ideal spot for Families with children

The location was very ideal, just a quick 10 mins walk to the Metro. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable for the choice we made.

Breakfast buffet with a wide choice. Quiet area . Very close to the metro and train station to go around the city

Perfect location ... a short walk from 2 metro stations (L3), air conditioning, wifi in the room but especially the cleanliness.
